I’m so grateful for all of your helpful videos. They’re so educational and I feel so empowered. I’ve been having difficulties ttc, and I recently went to a new GP to try to get help. I’ve never been more frustrated and insulted. She told me to have sex twice a week, have the man on top, and don’t move for 5 HOURS after sex. No peeing, no cleaning up. No moving. I told her I was going to find a better doctor, and if I took her advice the only reason I’d be back, would be for antibiotics for a UTI 🙄. That was the worst misinformation I’ve ever been given. I found a different GP that’s sending me for an ultrasound and blood work

After having a bad experience with the IUD, I wanted/needed a reliable form of BC. I’m 43 yr old woman, and since my IUD removal, I’ve had a total of 4 periods since October 2022. However, since there’s still a chance I’m ovulating. This has been a godsend. It’s affordable, and reliable. I’ve been taking it for a month now. I did notice my breasts feel fuller, and a slight increase in mood swings and appetite, but it hasn’t been manageable. No changes in menstruation (or lack of). I set the alarm on my phone for 9 pm every night so I don’t forget. 😊

2 years ago I went for a checkup and the doctor sent me to do an ultrasound. From my results he told me that I had free fluids in my POD hence told me I have PID. I went home did research on the disease and found out that the disease is as a result of STDs, and I’m actually virgin 😂Puzzled I again did a research on the things that may be mistaken for PID and found the OC. OC also coincidentally can lead to free fluid in POD if it ruptures! I think it would be better if I just go for a second checkup

Hi Natalie! Thank you so much for making this video. I was wondering if previous history of alcohol/marijuana use affects current egg and sperm quality? I’ve heard that the sperm timeline is 3 months, but for eggs, have I been damaging them via lifestyle choices before I considered trying to conceive? If I want the best quality eggs and sperm I was planning on following a strict health and wellness protocol beginning 3 months before trying to conceive. Is that useful or have I misunderstood?

In a previous video on lubricants you said oil based was not good and to select a water based one. Is there new data that supports oil based over water?

Is the brand “pre-seed” a safe lubricant for conception?

This is comforting - I had to get up before their 10 min timer to use the restroom. I barely made it holding during the transfer. But it was unsuccessful and then doc suspected inflammation. Sure enough I was positive for bcl6 and neg b3 integrin and suppressing my estrogen for two months now for next fet. I get it’s 50/50 usually but with this inflammation the test mentioned maybe less than 12% :(

My doctor told me to not do it everyday because it lowers sperm quality, she told me to do it every other day. Is that true? Can you elaborate on 'saliva is the worst'? Because what if we have oral sex before intercourse ? Does it lower the chances of getting pregnant?

I had sex during ovulation. Took an emergency contraseptive n now I'm 6 days past my period and having brown spotting. I am so hoping its my period... I do NOT want to be pregnant. ❤❤ hope everyone here who does want a child is blessed with one though. I love kids but it's just not for me.

I unfortunately only have 3 that fertilized so am scheduled for a Day 3 transfer. Do you typically see multiple embryos transferred when someone has more than 1 making it to Day 3?

I find it a little arrogant to not even embrace the possibility of truth in an intuitive healer. Where is the intuition in Doctors? There isnt even made a link between lifestyle, basic human needs and disease by doctors. They treat this as if it were two seperate things and have a very lineair way of thinking which is not how the world or body works. Thank you for the amazing information. What you said felt so real. When I was 15-16 I was always in so much pain I've seen so many doctor cause I missed a week a month of school cause I couldn't leave the couch. Doctors were all "It's just normal period pain... take the pill" Until they had to take me off of the pill because it causes cysts and gave breast cancer scares. So I just learned to live with the pain and crazy heavy and long flow thinking it was normal and everyone was like that. Doesn't help that my mom probably also had undiagnosed endo and she was the one person I could share this pain with. Was told 2 weeks ago that I can't get pregnant naturally because I have endo and I'm on the older side. It was heartbreaking to realize I've been gaslit all my life and that because no doctor realized what was going on I might not be able to have children. I'm going to an IVF clinic in 2 days, so I'm hoping with all my heart for a miracle at this point.
